Just got back from the cottage so this post is a day late. I love how the late afternoon sun shines on this tree that sits just above the shoreline of Georgian Bay.

Nancy’s photo of a broken down wall in the middle of nature reminded my of the lighthouse keeper’s old home on Christian Island. The lighthouse has been automated for years and the home is a pile of rubble where nature has take over. Trees are literally growing out of the centre of the stone cottage.
….since there is no new challenge this week I decided to go back to Nancy Merrill’s blog and check out which challenge I’d missed
