Judy’s Numbers Challenge

this week’s number is 227

This week’s number brings back memories of a visit to the High Park Zoo, an art exhibit at the ROM, a day at the opera with my good friend, LInda, several of my art projects from years ago, friends and family, photos from my retirement party and pictures from the cottage.

Trios of my Christmas Gnomes

for this week’s Thursday Trios

Last week and this week has been super busy for me. I was burning the midnight oil to finish making my gnomes for the Holiday Market on Dec. 10th. I also assembled over 100 new photo cards. The actual market was a little disappointing because the bad weather kept a lot of people home, so the attendance was low. Despite that I did make sales that day and since then I’ve sold more cards and most of my gnomes.

Excessive – Weekend Challenge

thanks to Sue W and Gerry C for hosting Weekly Prompts https://weeklyprompts.com/2025/11/22/weekly-prompts-weekend-challenge-excessive/

Some people can never have enough candy or sweets but when you see it displayed row upon row and in giant pastry cases you have to wonder if are obsession with sugar isn’t somewhat excessive. On the flip side, though, I find it overly frugal when individuals can make a chocolate bar last an entire week or take their Hallowe’en stash and spread it out over months.
