…my husband forgot that he had already painted a bird earlier in the week so it’s a two for one day
….but not posting every day
Sometimes it takes me three days to finish a piece like this which I started with Winnie last week. After I filled in the spaces with watercolour I add to add some marks, so for the next three evenings I sat in front of the TV and added the tangles with black and white ink.

It was a pretty grey day when I took this shot and the flag looks a little sad.
…my husband was very ambitious this weekend and created two monsters for the price of one
Actually earlier in the week he also painted another two so in fact he has four monsters for today’s post. Quadruple the fun.
He’s also discovered that scanning his work gives a much cleaner finish and eliminates the shadows.
