These gulls have no fear. Great subjects for photographers.

Ducks are everywhere and I can’t help but take photos when I see them.
In France, Duck is a very popular food item and at Easter we treated ourselves to a roast of duck stuffed with prunes. I couldn’t bring myself to buying the whole bird at the market. The heads were still attached.
In London we went Clissold Park, in the Highbury Islington area. Here we saw ducks in the pond.
On my first walk when we arrived back in Toronto I walked to the Rotary Peace Park and found this lovely female Mallard who had absolutely no fear of me.
….getting ready to fly to France is stressful
After not being able to travel for two years we’re all feeling a little anxious around here about getting on a plane.

….Kevin wanted me to post this one last Tuesday
Tuesday was a tough day for us. We heard that we were in contact with COVID on the weekend and we needed to take some rapid antigen tests. We’re leaving for France in two weeks and today our daughter is visiting from New Brunswick. The good news is that we’ve all tested negative.
So this bird was named Ticked Off Tuesday. Does he look a bit miffed?

Yesterday much of the snow was off the ground and the geese and ducks wandered onto the grass and started eating the turf.
