….week 6 of Cee’s new photo challenge
….this week’s theme for the Weekly Photo Challenge is Ornate
Since man gets most of his design ideas from nature, I decided to look to nature to capture the delicate and intricate patterns found in the plant world for this week’s theme.

…..Cee is taking a week off from blogging but she’s still encouraging everyone to continue with her challenges
I love taking photos of odd ball abandoned rusty things.
I’m not sure why you need a fire hydrant on the edge of a rugby field. There are no buildings close by.
…at the Farmers’ Market I saw this unusually shaped sweet potato
I remembered a couple of other odd vegetable shapes that I’ve taken photos of in the past.

Have you taken any odd ball photos lately? Join in the fun and go to Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge to find out the rules.
…..as the days get colder the autumn colours are disappearing quickly
Here in the city, however, there is still an abundance of colour.

…. this week’s WPC asks us to look for everyday beautiful objects or scenery
Everyday I walk to the this park at the end of my street and witness the city skyline. Each new day, every season and different times of the day brings something different to this extraordinary view.
Sunrise
….thanks Becca for continuing to host Sunday Trees
…..I’m particularly found of the beach at my cottage
Cool fresh water, warm sand between my toes and an early morning sunrise when the beach is still somewhat deserted is a happy place for me. I love going for a quick dip and then sitting on a comfy chair with a fresh cup of coffee and just taking in my surroundings. What a great way to start the day!
