If you have any interesting Trios to share, I’d love to see them. Just copy my link and paste it into your post. I’ll be sure to get back to you.

….neighbour Mary was selected to be part of this year’s Long Branch Garden Tour
Mary was delighted to be part of this year’s garden tour in the neighbourhood. For years she put forth a plan for her perfect garden and in the final weeks before the tour she worked hard to put the finishing touches on it. I was happy to do my part and gave St. Francis at new coat of paint.
On Saturday the signs went up around the neighbourhood indicating which homes were part of the tour. There were five gardens within walking distance of my house and I checked them all out. Not only did I get some wonderful ideas for my own garden but I actually met the gardeners who were also neighbours. I can now put names to houses that opened their gardens for the tour.
The following photos are all from Mary’s garden:

…Saturday was the official opening reception for Artist’s Choice at WAAC
Last week I helped install this wonderful show. There were close to 90 pieces of art that needed to be hung. The installation team worked really well together and after about five hours all the pieces found a new home in the Dignam Gallery at WAAC.
On Saturday I went to the gallery to gallery sit from 11:00 to 1:00 and then the reception took place from 1:00 to 4:00. The turnout was amazing and I spoke to many visitors who asked about my art. Here are some of the highlights of the day.

Here are some of the artists and their guests.

There’s nothing like bread fresh out of the oven. Every week, on Wednesdays, I head over to Montgomery’s Inn where I help bake the bread for the Farmers’ Market. The bread is prepped the day before, except the sourdough, and hand kneaded and shaped before it goes into the wood fired oven.
