…after a long distance video call with our son
….I took his advice and went for a long walk along the water’s edge of Lake Ontario TV in the neighbourhood. It was above freezing but with the wind chill factor it felt much colder.
All in all it was a beautiful night and I’m now closer to my daily walking goal.

In the summer this beach is busy with sunbathers, stone skippers and dog walkers. Yesterday most walkers stayed on the walkway.

Today’s walk required a scarf, hat and gloves. The wind off the lake was very strong and there were lots of whitecaps today.

I spent four days in Moncton with my seven year old granddaughter. She loves to play, especially in playgrounds and on the beach.
