….finding more masks and now gloves on my daily walks
When we first came up with the idea to photograph lost masks it seemed like they were everywhere. Now that we’re looking for them it seems that they are harder and harder to find and I guess that’s a good thing. On our most recent walk, however, quite a few popped up. Here are the most recent in my photo gallery of lost items.

A Gift From the Weather Gods
…the last five days have felt like the end of summer and not the beginning of winter
We have been blessed with the most beautiful weather and the autumn colours are still with us. What a glorious combination. I’ve been walking in my sandals and short sleeve shirts and a lightweight jacket when the sun starts to go down.
Lost…..
…or just discarded
With so many masks being worn now it’s not surprising to find the odd mask on the ground. I’m sure I’ve lost one or two getting out of the car and parents are probably finding that children lose masks as often as they lose their mittens.
My husband thought it would be fun to photograph these displaced masks and post them on the blog. I agreed but as soon as I did it seemed like lost or discarded masks were not as plentiful as we thought. None the less I’ve been on the lookout and here’s what I’ve found so far.
It looks like masks aren’t the only things that get misplaced.
