Monday’s Monster Monday generated this response from our granddaughter, “That’s a scary monster.” A few weeks ago she didn’t want to look at the Monday drawings because she knew they were monsters and monsters are scary. We’ll see how she responds to next week’s drawing.

…my husband’s Valentine’s Day wish to Winnie
Last night my husband told me that he sent off Winnie’s Valentine’s Day wish for today. When I told him that he had done it a day too soon he shrugged his shoulders and said that it didn’t matter because she was already prepping for Easter.

Today’s drawing is a hedgehog and when Winnie asked what his name is my husband declared that it is Harold.

When our granddaughter saw today’s drawing she said it had to go in the cubby. We know that at preschool she has a cubby to store her personal items. Maybe all Valentine related things need to stay there until the big day.
…does a three year old even know what a dust bunny is?
When Winnie saw today’s drawing she couldn’t wrap her head around a ‘dust bunny’. She immediately declared that it was a cat.
