….completely new rose for me
My neighbour, out back, was very excited to share his roses with me. This one was hidden from the street and I didn’t really see it until he invited me into his yard. He says it’s his favourite rose in the garden.
….she was the perfect house guest
She slept in her own bed, in the kitchen, she didn’t get me up in the night, she ate what we put in front of her and she went for three walks with me.
