….first day of spring here in Toronto but you wouldn’t know it from our trees
Even though we’ve had an unusually warm winter and March, after the initial snow storm in the first week, has been very spring like, our trees are still very barren. Other than that there are other signs of springs everywhere. Thanks to Becca Givens for hosting Sunday Trees.

….another Sunday and more trees to share with you
Thank you Becca Givens for hosting Sunday Trees. Do you like to photograph trees? Why not share your photos and join the challenge.

….I love to photograph trees and I love to draw them
Today I decided to take it one step further and create trees from some art papers that I’ve saved from previous projects. I was inspired by Jill’s collaged trees over at Jill’s Art Journal.

…..on this frigid day it’s nice to go back to photos of warmer days

….so cold yesterday that I was only able to take one shot and then the battery died
Becca Givens hosts Sunday Trees every week. I’ve always enjoyed taking photos of trees and bark because of the wonderful shapes, colours and textures they possess.

The same tree taken today. It was a little bit warmer but the sky was very grey.
