Thursday Doors – March 29, 2018

…..I love red doors

Thanks to Norm for hosting Thursday Doors. I haven’t participated in awhile. It seems like I haven’t been anywhere exciting or interesting enough to take photos of doors lately. Walking home from the library the other day I started to notice some beautiful red doors in the neighbourhood  and I had recently taken a photo of a red door in my daughter’s neck of the woods.

With that in mind I decided to focus on the colour of doors and with that in mind I could have a different theme each week for quite some time. So that said here are my first photos of RED doors.

March Square – A Circle Within a Square

….thanks to Becky B for hosting March Square

It’s amazing how a medallion like this can dress up the dreariest of fences. It certainly caught my eye as I was walking home from the library. IMG_1274

More Signs that Spring is Here

….even though it’s still March and spring is officially here I say this with some trepidation

The sun is high in the sky, people are catching some rays on park benches, a few brave souls are playing tennis and we’ve started cooking outdoors again.P1050952

March Square – March 19, 2018

…thanks to Becky B for hosting March Square

I’m a day late with this one. Time just ran out yesterday with a long doctor’s appointment in the afternoon and a visit with our daughter that started with coffee and pastries at our local Italian bakery and then went into dinner at our place.  After supper I drove my daughter to the subway station and then I continued on to a book club in the evening.
