and seven jars

Thanks to Becky B for hosting September Squares Seven…https://thesquaresofb.com/2024/09/13/seven-squares-13/

On my drive to the cottage today I stopped at Harris Farms to pick up some corn on the cob. I found seven heads of cabbage and seven jars of jam for today’s challenge.

Sevens in Words and Numbers

thanks to Becky B for hosting the September Squares Challenge https://thesquaresofb.com/2024/09/09/seven-squares-9/

I live in an area of Toronto where all the streets are numbered, much like New York City. At times this can be challenging because we occasionally get packages that were supposed to be delivered the street over or our packages end up at the wrong address.

thanks to Xingfu Mama for hosting Pull Up a Seat https://xingfumama.blog/2024/09/06/pull-up-a-seat-photo-challenge-2024-week-36/

Last week my husband and I went to an opening of a show to remember and enjoy the works of the late Canadian artist Tom Hodgson. We thoroughly enjoyed the show and appreciated the seating where one could enjoy the art in comfort.

Day 3 for September Squares – Seven Family Members Including the Dog

thanks to Becky B for hosting September Seven Squares https://thesquaresofb.com/2024/09/03/seven-squares-3/

On this past weekend, my family living in Canada got together before everyone headed back home. Winnie is starting grade four at a new school in Moncton, NB and her mom Gaelan is continuing with her masters studies. Brendan, Andrea and Josie continue working from home and in person and Kevin and I are enjoying our retirement. Olive, A & J’s Frenchie, sleeps most of the day but brings us all a great deal of joy when we get together.

Thursday Trios – Technical Problems

this week the delay was due to being unable to post photos

I finally broke down and upgraded my WordPress site to Professional. Hopefully I won’t have any more problems with the media end of my blog.

The following trios are flowers and fruits from this week. The end of August is traditionally the beginning of the harvest season and the closing for summer flowers. There are still many flowers blooming and the autumn varieties are starting to show up.

If you have any trios to share I’d love to see them. Just copy my link and paste it into your post. I’ll be sure to get back to you.
