My Last Bright Square for April

….thanks to Becky B for hosting BrightSquare all month https://beckybofwinchester.com/2021/04/30/bright-square-30/comment-page-1/#comment-57194

I can’t believe that another month has gone by. A lot has happened this month, some good and some not so good. The good side is that both my husband and I have received our first vaccination and our daughter and her husband in Hamilton have also been vaccinated. Our eldest daughter was suppose to get her shot today but her appointment was cancelled because they ran out of vaccines. She’s not too worried because the government is opening up clinics for her age group in 10 days.

I’m ending this challenge with a bright square of one of the beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. All the bright whites and colours brighten my day and I hope these flowers are a bright spot in your day.

Sunday Trees – April 25, 2021

….even though spring officially arrived over a month ago Mother Nature had to bless us with one more snowfall

Deep in the woods the snow hung around a little longer

Lost #8

unfortunately many of the disposable masks are not really lost, merely tossed aside

Even when I was teaching I could never understand how children could lose snow pants, winter jackets and boots and not set off alarms at home. It’s one thing, however, to not bring home clothing from school but how do you lose one boot in the park and not notice?
