This challenge couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. On Thursday my husband and I drove to the cottage and passed a couple of farmer’s stands that were loaded with pumpkins and yesterday my granddaughter and I decorated one that I bought for her.

On Thursday we drove to the cottage to close her up for the season. We took our usual route but along the way we came to a detour and ended going down some random country road we’ve never travelled before. It was interesting to see some different countryside. All these shots were taken from a moving car.

My trip to London allowed me to take in numerous museums and art galleries. One of the things that I saw numerous examples of was abstract art. Here are just a few. Maybe you’ll recognize some of them.
Most of these paintings came from the Tate Modern. The first sculpture was outside the Museum of Modern Design.

The first set of photos were taken through a window of a double decker bus and from the second story of our apartment in London.
The windows on the bus and from the apartment were not particularly clean so I was quite surprised that they turned out as well as they did.

London, England has wonderful parks filled with wonderful trees. This one was in Hyde Park close to Kensington Palace.
