Weekly Prompts Weekend Challenge – Content
…thanks to Sue W and GC for hosting Weekly Prompts https://weeklyprompts.com/2023/03/18/weekly-prompts-weekend-challenge-content/
When I thought of the word ‘content’ my mind went immediately to the meaning, ‘a state of pleasure or being satisfied’. Of course it also means ‘subject matter’. Which do you think I chose to represent?
Today we attended College Royal at the University of Guelph. In the Food Science building the students made milkshakes. This has always been a popular event but we have not seen it since 2019 because of COVID-19. Clearly people were happy to see it come back. The line-up was huge. We heard that the students were prepared to sell 4000 shakes.

…thanks to Sue W and GC for hosting Weekly Prompts https://weeklyprompts.com/2023/03/15/weekly-prompts-wednesday-challenge-neighbors/

Trish and I picked up garbage in the neighbourhood for a month when COVID first hit. It was her idea but I was right there with her for 30 days.

Weekly Prompts Weekend Challenge – Winter is Definitely Not Done With Us
….thanks to Sue W and GC for this week’s prompt ‘chill’ https://weeklyprompts.com/2023/03/11/weekly-prompts-weekend-challenge-chill/
I knew it was too good to be true. We’ve had such a mild winter and very little snow and then all of a sudden we’ve had three major storms in the last three weeks. The second blast of winter melted away almost completely over the next two days because it was warm and sunny but yesterday’s snow will probably hang around for awhile.
