Friendly Friday Photo Challenge – Reimagine Orange

…thanks to Sandy from the Sandy Chronicles for hosting this week’s Friendly Friday Photo Challenge

I could look for ‘orange’ items or re-image some older photos to take on an orange hue. All these photos were orange to begin with with one exception. Can you guess which one was altered? They were all edited somewhat but one changed colour completely.

An Icy Morning Light

….thanks to Becky B for hosting January Squares

I had to get up very early this morning to drive my daughter to the airport. The plus side of this favour was that I was up early enough to see the sunrise. I loved playing around with different angles and was fascinated how the morning sun reflected off the icicles along the shoreline.D341AC28-4E26-4DBF-AC3F-A49B86AF0464_1_201_a

Morning Light – January Squares

…thanks to Becky B for hosting January Squares

The other morning the rising sun was so bright that it actually woke me up. I was so excited to see the sun come up over the lake because I’m normally sound asleep when this happens.C89CB475-97AF-49D6-887A-03587F441189

365 Days of Art – Heavy, Light, Fast

….day 145

I can’t believe that I haven’t made more art this summer. Last Friday Carla’s assignment involved taking a fat marker and drawing an object of our choice using a heavy line, a light or thin line and a quick line. We were to make a 9 or 10 quick drawings and then choose three that we favoured. I decided to draw tea cups. It was easy to do while I was at the cottage.

Now I have to enlarge the three pieces that I chose and do whatever I want with them.
