Colombian artist Delcy Morelos explores our relationship with the earth in a monumental, site-specific installation made of soil, clay and fragrant spices. The piece is called ‘origo’ which means origin in Latin.
You are encouraged to step inside this massive sculpture and explore the tunnels. It is the first installation in 10 years at the Barbican Sculpture Court.

This past week my husband and I took a day to Richmond on the south west side of London. It sits on the Thames and is well known for it’s history and as a filmmaking location.
Queen Elizabeth I was born and died here but sadly the palace was mostly demolished in 1649, leaving only the gatehouse and some of the original walls of the old palace. The remaining area has been cleared converted to housing for the public.

…Kevin continues to draw on this trip
