From these pictures, 2023 was certainly a busy year for you, which I’m pretty sure you enjoyed a lot.

The show last year went very well and I’ve just submitted two more pieces for a group show that opens in a week. Thanks.

Yes, from the pneumonia but he now has a lingering cold. I hope you are starting to feel better.

Much better this morning, Carol. May Kevin shift the cold soon. Thanks very much.

Wow! You have been busy! Enjoyed seeing your photos and hearing about what you’ve been doing. Sorry to hear that your husband landed in the hospital with pneumonia. No fun and hope he is feeling better. How did your art shows go?

The art show went very well. I sold 9 pieces and about 80 cards and 2 rock weavings. Thanks for asking. Kevin got over his pneumonia in the hospital and we were able to fly back home. Right now he has a cold that he can’t shake but I think it’s getting better every day. I always worry that he could get pneumonia again.

Good job on doing well at your art show! Your rock weavings sound interesting. How did you get started doing them?
Hope Kevin can get over his cold quickly, I know this can be a time of year for colds. I take an Elderberry Immune syrup that seems to help me stay healthy.

I wish I could say that the rock weavings were an original idea but I saw them on instagram and figured out how to do it. I’ll have to check out this Elderberry Immune syrup. Do you get it from a health store?

Wow! I’m impressed that you figured out how to do the rock weavings on your own. Good job!
The Elderberry Immune syrup is Nature’s Way Sambucus and I buy it on Amazon but I think you can get it at a health food store too. It is kind of expensive but I really find it helps.

Thanks Jill, I’ll see if we can get it from Amazon in Canada.

I was able to get them from amazon.ca and I didn’t think they were that expensive. I’ve been taking them and feel pretty good. Kevin is hesitant to take them because he thinks it might interfere with his other medications but the bottle is emptying pretty quickly so he might be dipping into it. 🙂
