On the weekend we took our granddaughter to the museum. We saw lots of wonderful exhibits and I think Winnie’s favourite was the ancient Egypt exhibit with the mummies. Not only did I see lots of interesting trios but there was a chair exhibit as well.

These are chairs that you can actually sit on. My granddaughters love climbing all over them.

Really interesting variety of chairs. Those metal ones are very space age…I think I’d want cushions for them, though.

I have some, I just haven’t had time to put them in a post. I’m so pokey. I just finished my post for PPAC tomorrow. How is your art coming along? Are you anxious or is everything going as planned?

I’m very anxious. It doesn’t help that my husband’s arthritis is acting up. The painting is going slowly. I’m planning on working on it today.

I’ll be praying and sending positive thoughts to combat all the anxious ones. Cee has lots of energy thoughts about arthritis. I use her techniques and they help a lot. I also use Blue Emu, which is like an expensive hand cream medicine that for some reason takes the pain away within a few days or less.

I’m sure that the ones behind glass are pretty comfortable. I used to own a bentwood rocker and I loved it.

Beautiful chairs! I especially like the ones in the second picture. They reminded me how much I loved Danish modern furniture in the 1960s and begged my parents to buy some.

We always had it and I wanted my parents to buy anything but, however, when we got married we furnished our apartment in the 70s with it.
