Thank you Judy. She’s 8 now and I don’t get to see enough of her. The family moved to the east coast of Canada. I love this challenge because you never know what’s going to pop up.

Somehow I missed the birds of paradise and palm fronds photo in an earlier viewing.. Beautiful. And, what is the occasion for the parade? I can’t imagine walking down main street in a bikini! But then it would be a very different view than this one. ;o)

The parade was for Caribana and scantily dressed women with lots of colours and feathers is part of the tradition. It’s a very vibrant parade with lots of Caribbean music.
