…thanks to No Facilities for hosting Thursday Doors

Today my husband and I did one of our nature hikes outside of the city but the conditions were less than ideal. Although it was a beautiful, sunny and mild day the melting snow had turned to ice and walking was somewhat treacherous. After visiting a couple of waterfalls near Hamilton we decided to drive into Dundas and walk down the main street and take in the shops. Here are just a few of the interesting doors we observed on our stroll through town.
These are wonderful doors. I’m sorry your adventure was cut short (I understand wanting to avoid the ice) but I am pleased that you decided to look around this town. I like the Carnegie Gallery and the building below it very much. I also like the yellow doors and the doors to the brew pub.
Thanks for sharing these with us for Thursday Doors.

We’ve been to Dundas before but it was a nice diversion from our original plans and much safer for walking. Taking photos for Thursday Doors was the icing on the cake.

Dundas looks like a very fine city

Thanks Alison. It’s more like a small town but it’s right next door to a pretty big city. If I didn’t already love where I live I’d wouldn’t mind living there if I could afford it.

Hopefully soon snow will disappear and you can run through town. 😉

Well it’s been raining for the last two days but March usually brings a good amount of snow so I don’t think we’re out of the woods yet.
