…thanks to Nancy Merrill for hosting A Photo a Week Challenge
Water…..where do I begin? I live next to a huge body of water, Lake Ontario and I spend much of my summer at the cottage next to Georgian Bay. I literally have thousands of photos of water. Here is one of my more recent ones.
Beautiful photo. It looks so familiar. What a coincidence that we both ended up taking photos of part of Lake Ontario.

Lovely!! I would love to sit on that large rock and breathe in the cool air.

Those rocks have been very popular this hot summer. The temperature is always cooler down by the lake.

I try to find interesting features near and around the water when I take photos of the lake.

The water in Lake Ontario has improved so much in the last 10 years. People are actually swimming in it again.

Well first – it mus hav me been hard to pick just one and I was sorta it expecting a couple – so nice job for restraint – ha! But then the one you did choose is layered and I like the color variation

I only looked at photos that I had taken in the last two months and then I tried to choose one that I haven’t used before (although I’m not 100% sure of that).

Oh that is a nice way to do it.
One of the reasons why I also try to use only the last couple months is because my blog kind of timestalps my life and so posts bring me back to that season –
