One things I have lots of is cups. I drink coffee mostly from mugs but over the years I have inherited numerous teacups from family members.

Today’s theme is ‘from the fruit bowl’.

The bowl was too yellow for my liking so I threw in some tomatoes. Tomatoes, technically, are a fruit.

Thanks to Leanne Cole for hosting this fun challenge. Today we are suppose to photograph a family member. Since my husband and I are the only ones in our house right now, besides the dog, I decided to share this photo. I took this on the weekend when I was feeling particularly sad. He brought a smile to my face while he was doing what he loves to do….cook for me.

On day 12 the challenge is to find something abstract at home. I have lots of abstract paintings but I thought that was too simplistic so I chose one abstract painting and two objects with interesting patterns.

This Easter is so different from other years and because I’m not seeing our granddaughter I hadn’t taken out any of our Easter decorations. This challenge got me thinking that despite the fact that there will be no family here that is not a reason to not decorate the house.
