….thanks to be Dan for hosting Thursday Doors https://nofacilities.com/2022/04/14/entering-silk-city/
Paris is a city rich in history and interesting architecture. Not only are the doors on some of the iconic churches and museums interesting but everyday homes and businesses have beautiful and sometimes unusual entry ways.

Oh my goodness, these are magnificent doors. I love the person standing near those big doors. He adds perspective I wouldn’t have otherwise had. Those are huge! The door at the Polidor might be my favorite but it’s hard to pick one.

Thanks Dan. We were suppose to go to Poulidor for dinner but we ended up at a restaurant closer to our hotel.

These old doors on buildings are a thing of the past for certain.

Some of the doors are relatively new. There might be a law that says you have to maintain the look of the period that the building was built in.
