Today we drove to Grimsby, ON to check out the village of Grimsby and Grimsby Beach. Grimsby is located on the shores of Lake Ontario and is south of Hamilton.
The first stop we made was Grimsby Beach Park. It’s a truly magical setting, with parkland, a rocky beach, pathways and brightly painted cottages (more about that in another post).

What a fantastic place to visit; it looks like a great day out 👏 My dad’s from Grimsby, in the north of England 😃 It’s an old fishing town & not quite as picturesque as the one you’ve shared with us!

Thanks Jez. Later in the day we went a little further west and ended up in a conservation area and discovered another waterfall. I’ll share that next.
