Day 8 – Two Small Paintings

….I could do these all day long

I started with a random doodle with charcoal and then started to add blocks of watercolour. When the watercolour dried I added marks with black and white pen. Is it wrong to like your own work?

    I always said to my students that in order to get good at something you have to practise, just like you would the piano. No one sits down at the keyboard and instinctively knows how to play, especially well.
