….day 95 of the 365 Days of Art
I’ve started my day by drawing in my new art journal 500 Drawing Prompts. Today the prompts are flags, tattoos and family crest. I drew the flag from memory, the crest I made up and the tattoo I referenced from Google. Unfortunately you can see how the pen from the previous drawing has bled through. I’ve switched to Micron pens and that seems to help.

That’s cool to have made up a family crest for yourself – I get the paints, the flowers, the guitar and musical note … but I don’t understand the meaning of the lettering (I assume that’s what it is) in the centre.

Now that you mention it, it does look like a C and a W. I thought it was a G and a squiggle.
