I believe that they are the same plant. When I googled images of cockle shell flowers this exact same plant came up but when I google foxglove the same plant appears.

We call these foxgloves. Love the wonderful markings on the inside of the petals which you don’t fully appreciate until you see a close-up photograph.

I think they’re foxglove as well but the same image came up when I googled cockle shell flowers.
