….this week’s theme for the Weekly Photo Challenge is Ornate

Since man gets most of his design ideas from nature, I decided to look to nature to capture the delicate and intricate patterns found in the plant world for this week’s theme.

  I checked it out. I’ve always loved milkweed pods. After the seeds disperse the pods make great Christmas crafts.
