Hi Carol. Curious about several of your photos. Trying to see the titles of the books and wonder what the event was. Also, what was propelling what I hope were toy rats and were the bird houses for sale? Did you make them? Questions, qustions.

The bird houses were painted by children at a local school and then hung in the park for the birds and the public to enjoy. The one book that I was reading to my granddaughter was a book of jokes. I can’t remember how the rat race was propelled and yes they were fake rats.
