This tree was not the norm. Most of the leaves won’t start falling until the end of October. As for the sweaters you could be right but apparently the temperature this week are suppose to be abnormally high.

Here in Texas — the calendar says it’s fall, and the trees are starting to keep up with the time of year — although nothing else seems to be paying attention with temperatures in the upper 90s. Thank you for sharing!

We had a very warm day on Tuesday. Sudden high temperatures exhaust me. I had to go to bed for a nap.
