August Photo a Day Challenge – Aug. 25 – Lighthouse

…thanks to City Sonnet for hosting the August Photo a Day Challenge

Todays prompt is lighthouse. Christian Island, where my cottage resides has its own lighthouse on the southern tip of the island. It is still operational but now it no longer employs a lighthouse keeper.
