An oddly strange street performer in London, England.

Pylons to keep people from walking on the wet cement. It didn’t work. I saw one woman walk right through it and went up to her ankle in cement.

  I was standing at the window when I saw this. Not only were the pylons there but the workers and the cement truck were still working.

  Thanks. I couldn’t believe how unaware she was when she did it. I’m hungry for bread all the time and I only eat it once or twice a week.
