Thanks Carol. I already have progressive lens but sometimes when I’m reading for long periods of time my head gets sore trying to stay in one position. Hopefully reading glasses will allow me to read in bed with my head against the pillow.

By the way, my own daughter just realized she needs reading glasses. Wow, does that make me feel old.

It sneaks up on you. Thinking about my oldest turning 39 this year makes me feel old.

It doesn’t matter how old we get or at least how old I get; my Dad still talks about the day I was born, over 65 years ago.

I know, I think more than my own kids, what really shocked me was finding out my grandson turned 8. It seems like just yesterday we had the excitement of him being born. Where could 8 years have gone?

I always play over in my head how old I’ll be when my granddaughter turns 5, 10, 15, 20 and I hope that I’ll be around to see her reach all those ages. Is that morbid?
