It was a cold day in March when my daughter was running a in a race. I think it was the first one of the running season.

That is one unique blue sculpture. Too bad it’s not outside. It would make a great link to PPAC, too. Can you imagine blowing anything that huge? They must not do it by hand. 🙂

I never even thought about it being blown. There must be another way to mold glass this size.

You know, I think they mold it with hot rods (not cars, of course). I think I’ve seen it done, but I had forgotten. 🙂
