I think you meant this comment for Becky’s site. I was thinking about thatched roofs for this challenge. I’ll have to go back a few years when I was in Ireland to find a photo or two.

It certainly does but it does need some watching to make sure it gets to the correct temperature. That’s the tricky part.

Mine either. I get to take home one loaf a week and I’ve given them all to my daughter (after I cut a slice to sample).
