Today we cleaned up the garden and instead of throwing away the small and misshaped carrots I created art with some of them (here). The best part is when you’re done you get to eat it. I wouldn’t let my husband nibble on some of them because I may come back later today and create some more art but in the meantime I took photos of some of the misshapen little gems.

Carol, the weird shapes that you find in “real” carrots are part of why I find them so much fun. Of course, taste is a big part, too! 🙂
