  This was taken at the Wellcome Collection in London, England. The artist is Jason Wilsher-Mills who as a child contracted an autoimmune condition that left paralysed from the neck down. He was encouraged to develop his creativity and this show is autobiographical. You should google his name. His story is quite amazing.
