We’re just very confused over here as our government seems determined to make it as complicated as they possibly can with weekly changes

We’re finally going to stage 3 tomorrow in Toronto. The rest of the province was at stage 3 a couple of weeks ago. Stage three allows limited indoor dining and bars are allowed to reopen with restricted numbers. People are nervous, especially with the bars reopening. Most new cases have come from people not wearing masks and social distancing in bars. We’re seeing this happen in the U.S..
