Can I ask where you shot your pictures. This looks just like an area I shoot at when I am at my cottage on Lake Ontario.

These photos were taken on the shores of Lake Ontario on the west side of Toronto. I walk in a park at the south end of Etobicoke called Samuel Smith Park. Several years ago now the city filled in the area south of what is now Humber College and created a naturalized park with trails and natural ponds. There is also a marina and yacht club and an outdoor skating rink in the shape of a figure 8 that is lined with natural foliage and trees. It’s a very special place used by walkers, runners, cyclists and photographers.

If you have a chance to look at some of my postings. I shot pictures on Lake Erie and you would think you and I where in the same place. Of course we are both shooting Southern Ontario. I know the area you shot. I have been to the Yacht Club there. I did some on my design study at Humber. Nice shots.

I’ve been to your blog. I’m following you on my reader but I have to admit that I don’t get there very often. You don’t seem to have the follow button where I would get an email every time you post something or maybe I just don’t see it. Carol

It’s funny that when I first saw the challenge I didn’t think I had any photos to share but the geese shots were all there in iPhoto.

Thanks Cee. It’s hard to believe that the duck photos were taken this January. Most of our snow has melted and the temperatures are going up well above freezing this week.
